Federal Recycling & Waste Solutions’ Jefferson City plant recently celebrated the production of its one millionth pallet, marking a major achievement for its pallet operation that has continued to grow alongside customer demand.
That growth has been supported by ongoing improvements to the plant’s process, space, and equipment. After moving the pallet operation from a limited production area into a larger, exclusive section of the facility in 2023, the team improved workflow, increased output, and created a stronger foundation for continued production. Additional equipment upgrades and pallet line automation installed in 2025 further strengthened efficiency, quality, and consistency, while reducing the plant’s carbon footprint.
“This milestone speaks to the work our team has put into growing the pallet operation and better supporting our customers,” said Tony Decaro, Director of Operations. “By improving our workflow, adding capacity and continuing to invest in the right equipment, we’re able to respond more efficiently to customer needs while maintaining the quality and consistency they expect from Federal Recycling.”
